field:arts is built on a belief in the transformative potential of the Creative Producer–Artist relationship, recognising it as a vital site of collaboration where ideas are shaped, partnerships built, and ambitious contemporary work is realised.
field:arts is an initiative, a support agency to cultivate growth, sustainability and ambition across the independent contemporary arts sector in Ireland. field:arts aims to enable artists and producers to cultivate and realise ambitious projects of excellence and of artistic value; bolstering the alchemy of process, ideas, partnership & collaboration required to engage a broad public across Ireland in significant and meaningful ways. We provide a bedrock of consistency across production and organisational supports.
The field:arts cohort consists of Associate Companies & Associate Producers, Independent Producers and Independent Artists, Emerging Producers and an Independent Production Manager.
The cohort is supported by the organisational and production support team as well as International mentors and expert advisors and specialists.

Call out for Independent Creative Producer at field:arts
This is a distinctive opportunity to work alongside your portfolio of artists within a sustained, agile framework designed to support ambitious contemporary practice.
field:arts is built on a belief in the transformative potential of the Creative Producer–Artist relationship, recognising it as a vital site of collaboration where ideas are shaped, partnerships built, and ambitious contemporary work is realised.
We encourage applications from Independent Creative Producers working within specific artforms, as well as across disciplines. You must identify producing as your primary creative practice and wish to positively influence the opportunities for the artists you work with.
On 14 April, the field:arts team will host a series of Zoom sessions, providing guidance and an opportunity to engage directly with the team and ask questions. Further details on this opportunity are outlined in the attached information pack.
